Take white fish (fillet) and cut it into large cubes
We prepare three layers to cover it:
The first layer: flour with salt and pepper
The second layer: starch, baking powder, spices, flour, milk and a little water
Third layer: soft rusk
Put the fish in the flour first, to form a layer, then dip it in the second mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs
Now it’s time for frying, get a frying pan with oil up to 2 inches and heat it to 375 degrees, and fry the fish on each side in about 2 minutes. Until it turns golden.
Served fried fish with coleslaw
Coleslaw ingredients: carrots with a little sugar and onion slices. A simple and very satisfying salad.
We also offer fried potatoes.

Fish Fillet Ingredients:
- Half a cup of starch
- spoon of baking powder
- small spoonful of salt
- 1 spoon of spices
- A cup and a half of flour
- Salt and black pepper
- Half a cup of milk
- spoonful of lemon juice
- 2 cups of rusk

Coleslaw Salad Ingredients:
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- Half a cup of sugar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- Sliced white cabbage
- 2 large carrots grated
- 1 sliced onion
- salt spoon
- French fries ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen potatoes
- 4 spoons of butter
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- salt spoon
- 3 spoons of parsley
The complete way to cover the fillet in three layers:
1- A fish dish requires three dishes
2- In a bowl, whisk the starch, baking powder, salt and spices with the flour and milk
3- In another dish, flour with salt and black pepper
4- In another plate, put the soft breadcrumbs
5- A frying pan with plenty of oil and heated to 375 degrees
6- Put the fish in the flour first, then in the mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
7- Fry the fish for 2 minutes on each side
8- To make the coleslaw, whisk the vinegar, sugar, garlic, oil, black pepper and celery seeds in a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
9- Put the cabbage, carrots and onions in a large dish, sprinkle the rest of the sugar and salt and leave for five minutes. Then rinse well under water.
10- Then dry the vegetables in a kitchen towel or tissue.
11- Put the vegetables in a serving dish and put the previous dressing on it with salt and black pepper.
12- French fries are baked in the oven. In a small saucepan, melt the butter with a hanging of chopped garlic and cook for a minute, then add the salt and parsley. Put this sauce on the potatoes when serving.
